The UK Alumni Association is not just for graduates. Students have many opportunities to enjoy the services and benefits provided by the Alumni Association.
Students may also become a student member of the UK Alumni Association and take advantage of some great benefits, discounts, and opportunities such as programs designed especially for current student members.
Each year the UK Alumni Association provides thousands of dollars in scholarships.
Students who live outside of Kentucky, but whose parents graduated from UK and are members of the Alumni Association, may take advantage of the Legacy Tuition Program. This program allows students who would normally pay out-of-state tuition to attend the University of Kentucky for the in-state rate.
Each spring the Alumni Association sponsors Grad Salute. This program offers one stop shopping for all the graduation necessities.
Students who have achieved a junior standing may also purchase the Official Class Ring. These rings identify UK graduates all over the world and are presented at the Ring Ceremony.
