The University of Kentucky Alumni Association through the generous donations of Alumni, sponsors several scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate students on a yearly basis.

There are three types of scholarships funded by alumni donations:

Schmidt STAT Scholarships

Student members of the UK Alumni Association are encouraged to apply annually for the association’s Schmidt STAT scholarships. These scholarships will be awarded to student members of the association who are actively involved in STAT. To be eligible for this scholarship, the student must be an active student member of the association. Not a member? Association Scholarships

Administered by the UK Alumni Association Scholarship Committee, the minimum requirements are a GPA of 3.0 and an ACT score of 22. Recipients are chosen in the spring of each year.

Alumni Club Scholarships

These scholarships are managed by individual UK Alumni Clubs and are available to students living in the Club's geographic area. The awards have varying minimum application requirements and deadlines for application.
