Join the UK College of Agriculture for Winter Event 2012. Enjoy a delicious meal and program at the Hyatt Regency Hotel before heading off to cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats in Rupp Arena. Buffet includes: Vegetable Soup & Chili, Tossed Salad, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Ham, Turkey & Roas Beef, Swiss, Cheddar & Provolone Cheeses, Regional Bread Presentation, Chips, Brownies, Lemon Bars & Carrot Cake.
To make your reservation, please select the blue registration button below. Sign up before Dec. 16 to recieve the Early Bird Special price of $30 (Ag & HES Alumni Association members and guests) and $45 (nonmembers and guests). The full meal ticket price will be $50 for anyone who registers after Dec. 16. Winter Event is FREE for children ages two and under. Basketball tickets may be purchased for an additional $38 (includes $3 processing fee). Please note that one adult/child meal ticket MUST be purchased per basketball ticket. A ticket is REQUIRED for game entry regardless of age.
A special room rate of $119 per night has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency hotel for Jan. 6 and/or 7. Please contact the Hyatt Regency at 1-800-233-1234 by Dec. 6 requesting the UK College of Agriculture Winter Event room block to receive the discounted rate.
